The main difference between Douglas Oil Company and Colonial Oil Company is mostly a matter of credit or no credit. Douglas Oil Company offers credit up to 30 days of delivery date (after credit approval), or one delivery which ever comes first. Colonial Oil Company offers no credit, and because Colonial Oil Company deliveries are strictly on a COD basis, we have no need for billings, mailings, waiting for payments, or other office needs.

All of these cost savings allows Colonial Oil Company to pass on huge savings that can be as much as 40¢/gallon less the full market price on day of delivery.
